OMTP are really pleased to announce that the BONDI widget competition is now open. You can find out exactly what to do by clicking here. We have a top prize of $5000 kindly donated by Qualcomm as the top prize and a number of handsets as alternative prizes.
The aim of the competition is simple. Create a widget using the tools, tutorials and examples on the BONDI website and upload it to the Competition widget gallery. We will have a panel of judges from across the industry who will meet in the week before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and choose the best widgets. These will then be demoed in all their glory on a number of great handsets at the event.
So, why would you want to enter and how can you justify your time?
- There are some good prizes to be won - not just the $5000!
- Winning widgets will be demonstrated on several key stands at the Mobile World Congress on a number of BONDI devices.
- Your logo can be widely seen by the vistors at the event.
- Winning widgets (with the developers name, logo and bio) will be promoted on the BONDI website.
- You get good publicity for yourself and your company.
There will be support provided if you get into difficulties.
